The Zairi Institute will be driven by a comprehensive strategy that will enable it to forge strategic alliances at National and International levels and work closely with Learning and Research Excellence Centre in line with its strategic objectives. The Zairi Institute is already accredited for the provision of Professional Development Courses in the area of Business Excellence. It provides Excellence Lead Assessor courses with recognition from the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM). The Zairi Institute will continue to seek accreditation from various institutions:
- Centre of Excellence Provision by professional institutions such as Chartered Quality Institute, Chartered Management Institute, and Project Management Institute.
- Accreditation for e-learning provision and CEN accreditation status by European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD).
- Accreditation by the provision of Certified Courses and Professional Development Programmes, specifically in the area of Six Sigma by the Juran Institute and Harrington Institute (USA).
- Accreditation for Certified Courses in the area of Benchmarking and Best Practice Management.
